33bg Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "33bg" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 33bg online gaming platform, accessible at https://33bg.io, and all services offered therein.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 33bg platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the 33bg registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account by 33bg pursuant to a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all products, games, sports betting markets, and ancillary features available to registered Players on the 33bg platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency accepted and displayed on the 33bg platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 33bg before processing withdrawal requests or as otherwise required.

By accessing the 33bg platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 33bg Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms. These Terms apply to every visit to and use of the 33bg platform, regardless of device type, browser, or access method.

To be eligible to register and use the 33bg platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33bg enforces a strict 21+ policy across all Services without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as Players.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by 33bg or any other gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into binding contracts and to engage in online gaming activities.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 33bg or any affiliated entity.

33bg reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed to the satisfaction of 33bg.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether created using different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Material changes — including change of name, address, or linked mobile number — must be reported to 33bg support without delay.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 33bg will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify 33bg immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Deposits. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 33bg accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 33bg does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards, or unverified payment sources.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 33bg aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of submission. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. 33bg reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to releasing funds, which may extend processing timelines.

Currency. All transactions on the 33bg platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied by 33bg. Any conversion costs incurred at the payment provider level are the responsibility of the Player.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per request.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply subject to account status and verification level.
• 33bg reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or above.
• Funds that have been credited in error must be returned immediately upon notification; any winnings generated from erroneously credited funds are void.

33bg offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit within the promotional period.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering Requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x), meaning the Bonus Fund amount must be staked that number of times using real-money bets on eligible games.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live casino tables, sports betting, and slots may carry different contribution percentages as specified in individual promotion terms.
• 33bg reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, structured betting patterns, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on the 33bg platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market, as published on the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

Sports Betting. Odds are subject to change prior to market closure. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be amended or cancelled. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport and market rules displayed at the time of placement. BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers, and ICC tournament markets are covered under their respective sport-specific rules.

Live Casino. All live casino game results are determined by certified random number generation or physical game mechanics operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. 33bg accepts no liability for technical failures on the part of game providers, though in the event of a documented provider-side malfunction, affected rounds may be voided at 33bg's discretion.

Slots and RNG Games. All slot and RNG game titles available on 33bg are sourced from certified providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information panels. Past performance of any game does not indicate or guarantee future results.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game or market interface.
• 33bg reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a voided market, or placed using funds credited in error.
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned as a stake refund to the Player's Account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33bg platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false age declarations.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a proxy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate betting markets or game results.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to make withdrawals using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward 33bg staff or other Players.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Accounts of other Players without their consent.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion order, or account limit set by 33bg.

All content available on the 33bg platform — including but not limited to the 33bg brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 33bg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33bg platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 33bg content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 33bg software.
• Use 33bg's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the 33bg platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of 33bg intellectual property will be subject to legal action to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

33bg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the 33bg platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

33bg will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely for the purposes of operating the platform and fulfilling regulatory obligations. All data is handled under SSL encryption and stored with appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

Players have the right to request access to their personal data, request corrections to inaccurate data, and in certain circumstances request deletion of their data, subject to 33bg's legal retention obligations. All data-related requests should be directed to [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33bg's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the platform and its Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33bg shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Any loss arising from platform downtime, technical failure, or interruption of service.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the 33bg platform.

33bg makes no warranty that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond 33bg's reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions to service. 33bg will endeavour to notify Players of planned maintenance windows in advance where practicable.

33bg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by 33bg.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months).

In the event of closure for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. In the event of closure due to breach of Terms, 33bg reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account.

33bg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material — for example, a change that significantly affects Players' rights or financial obligations — 33bg will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the 33bg platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice on this page and in the Table of Contents sidebar reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 33bg is incorporated.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 33bg, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 33bg support at [email protected]. 33bg will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in the platform's support documentation. 33bg's decision on all gaming-related disputes — including bet settlement, game outcome, and bonus calculation disputes — is final and binding in the absence of demonstrable technical error on 33bg's part.
